Close your eyes and start the timer. Take slow, deep breaths to relax your mind and body. Direct your awareness to the area between your eyebrows, slightly above the bridge of your nose. Gently roll your eyeballs upward as if you’re looking at the center of your forehead. Don't strain your eyes and keep the motion subtle and relaxed. If you feel this slight pressure in the middle of your forehead, congrats! You have been focusing on your third eye. Continue this meditation while focusing on what you want to accomplish, and success will follow you.
